All Star Break Starts Early
The Dodgers offense started their All Star break about three games early as they only scored 2 runs in losing 2 of 3 to the Colorado Rockies. Ricky Nolasco (6-9) was pinned with the loss yesterday giving up all 3 runs in 5 innings. The Dodgers could only muster 6 hits (Schumaker and Van Slyke had 2 a piece) and Adrian Gonzalez had the only RBI, his 59th. Former Asheville Tourist Jhoulys Chacin (9-4) pitched 6 innings for the win.
