I was surprised to learn that the Los Angeles Dodgers are leading the National League in homeruns with 17 after yesterday's three homeruns against the Colorado Rockies. The Dodgers have played 9 of their 12 games in Chavez Ravine and it has never been known as a hitter's park. Adrian Gonzalez has hit 5 of the 17 but those all came in the first three games.
All of the homeruns have contributed to the Dodgers 7 game winning streak with a big three game series in San Francisco against the Giants coming up. I don't care if it is 12 games into the season, any series against San Francisco is big. Especially since San Francisco is the defending World Series Champs.
